My Background

Welcome to my site! My name is Lucia Diaz. I am a student of consciousness and an educator with an M.A. in Applied Linguistics from USF. I have taught in kindergartens, community colleges, and universities for over 30 years.

My Teaching Philosophy

I have created my seven-week Chakra Activation experience like a metaphysical kindergarten. My approach is student centered, holistic, and designed to give you practical skills for working with your own energy. Each new student is a gift that allows me to refine my practice and strengthen my connection to the creator. Together we form a judgment-free, online learning community that explores new concepts. My goal is to help you visualize your body of light.

Online Meditation Class

This seven-session class cycle meets on Zoom for one hour a week. We explore one chakra per session, starting with our root. We do journaling, yoga, chi gong postures, and guided meditations during class. You can share your thoughts or keep the camera off and listen. There are optional homework assignments, so you can make this experience as intensive or as simple as it suits your needs. The cycle also includes a 45-minute private session, to clarify or expand upon topics, that you may schedule at your convenience.

Energetic Exchange

The class cycle is $99 USD for group classes.

Private lessons are $33 per class.

I am also open to barter and exchanges of services.
